Money in and money out, week by week

A CPA reviews the plan with you on the call.

Who it is for

If you have ever checked the bank app before payroll, this is for you.

Contractors

Materials go out on day one. The draw comes weeks later, retainage months later. See the gap before it bites.

Real estate investors

Rehab costs, carrying costs and a vacancy can all land before the rent or the sale. Know the cushion you need.

Payroll weeks

Payroll, rent and a supplier bill in the same week. Spot those weeks early and plan around them.

Growing businesses

Sales are up but the account is down. Growth uses cash before customers pay. See where it goes.

How it works

Three steps from your numbers to a clear plan.

  1. Send your numbers

Bank balances, who owes you, what you owe, payroll, regular bills and the work you expect. We send a short list.

  2. We build your 13 weeks

Money in and money out, week by week, with your lowest week marked and a short list of moves.

  3. Review it with a CPA

A 45-minute call to walk through your plan, then one refresh about 30 days later with your actual numbers.

What you get

  • A 13-week cash forecast workbook
  • A one-page summary of your lowest week and the moves to consider
  • A review call of up to 45 minutes
  • One refresh of the forecast about 30 days after the call

What we need from you

  • Bank balances on one date
  • Who owes you, what you owe, payroll dates and regular bills
  • The work you expect to start, and the cash you want to keep on hand
  • Tax payment amounts and dates from your preparer

Don't have a preparer? Agility offers tax services too.

Contractors: your jobs are your cash

For a contractor, the forecast is built job by job from a work in progress schedule: each open job's contract value with approved change orders, billed to date, cost to date, cost to complete, draws and retainage.

Keep a current schedule that agrees to your books? We use it, at no extra charge.

No schedule yet? We build it first

We build your work in progress schedule for every open job before the forecast: $250 plus $100 for each open job. It is yours to keep, and it is the starting point for monthly job tracking.

With more than 10 open jobs, we confirm the delivery date with you before we start.

The price

$995one time

Includes the 45-minute review call and the 30-day refresh. Delivered within 10 business days after we have everything we need.

Questions owners ask

My books are behind. Can I still get a plan?

A forecast needs current books, so we catch them up first. Catch-up is quoted separately, in writing, before any work begins.

I am a contractor. What is a work in progress schedule, and do I need one?

It lists each open job: contract value with approved change orders, billed to date, cost to date, cost to complete, draws and retainage. Your forecast is built from it. If you keep a current one that agrees to your books, we use it at no extra charge. If not, we build one first for $250 plus $100 for each open job.

How long does it take?

Within 10 business days after we have everything we need. With more than 10 open jobs, we confirm a longer date with you before we start.

Is this a loan or financing?

No. The plan shows your cash. We do not arrange or recommend financing.

Will you tell me whether I can take money out of the business?

The plan shows what taking money out would do to your cash in the weeks ahead. The decision is yours.

Do I need a tax preparer?

Your tax payment amounts and dates come from your preparer. If you do not have one, Agility offers tax services too.

What happens after the plan?

Many owners keep the plan current every month under Advisory Partner. Sign within 60 days of your review call and half of your plan fee is credited to your first Advisory Partner invoice.
