Fitted, not copied
An industry average describes other companies. We adjust it for how your business actually works, rather than copying it from a survey.
Improvement Plan
Fitted to your business, with two to four actions, an owner and a date on every one, and the effect on profit and cash month by month for the next 12 months.

Each action has a target, the reason for that target, an owner and a start month.

About the assessmentImprovement Plan
What can this business realistically fix, by how much, and by when?
Two to four actions, each with an owner and dates, and the effect on profit and cash for the next 12 months.

We track every action with you, month by month.
About Advisory PartnerBusinesses on our Advanced plan, and businesses that keep their own books with Insight once their books pass our health check.
The plan is built on books that reconcile. If yours do not, we fix that first, so the plan starts from numbers you can trust.
Priced for one business, up to three divisions or locations, up to three bank and card accounts, and 150 or fewer transactions a month; larger businesses are quoted.
A written plan and the workbook behind it, a call to walk through them, and a check-in to see what happened.
An industry average describes other companies. We adjust it for how your business actually works, rather than copying it from a survey.
Targets start from results your business has already proven it can achieve, not from the best companies in someone else’s survey.
Every action names who does it and when it starts, so the plan can be run, not just read.
We check what happened on every action and report it as it is, including anything that did not work and why.
Much of it already sits in your books. We ask only for what is missing, such as payroll by role and the end dates of your leases and contracts.
We adjust the industry figures to your business and find your own best results.
In a working session, you choose two to four actions, who owns each one and when it starts.
The plan, the 12-month profit and cash projection, a review call, and a check-in at 90 days.
A review call, and a check-in at 90 days on every action. Delivered within 15 business days after the requested information is complete and the working session is held.
If you start Advisory Partner within 60 days after your plan is delivered, the full $2,950 is credited against your Advisory Partner fees.

The Improvement Plan is a management-use projection based on the assumptions and benchmark references stated in it. Industry benchmarks are reference points drawn from published surveys of other companies; they are not a forecast or a promise of results for your business. It is not an audit, review, compilation or examination of prospective financial information under AICPA standards, and it is not tax, legal or investment advice.
The assessment looks back at a year you have finished and shows where the money went. The Improvement Plan looks forward: what your business can realistically fix, by how much, by when, and who does it.
An industry average describes other companies. We adjust it for how your business actually works and start from results you have already achieved, so the targets are ones you can reach.
We check in at 90 days on every action. If you want us to track it every month, Advisory Partner does that, and your Improvement Plan fee is credited if you start within 60 days.
No. It is a management plan based on stated assumptions and reference points from published industry surveys. Actual results will differ.
Yes. With more divisions or locations, more accounts or more transactions, we quote the plan before we start.
Tell us about your business and we will confirm whether an Improvement Plan fits.
