Inside Advanced

Busy does not always mean profitable.

Most owners know their revenue. Few know whether their labor, materials, and overhead are in line with their industry, or how far they sit from the best operators in it. Advanced shows you where you stand, puts a dollar figure on the gap, and gives you one priority to fix each month.

Illustrative example
  • Your business
  • Best-in-class
Materials
Your business 38%
Best-in-class 35%
Labor
Your business 33%
Best-in-class 30%
Overhead
Your business 21%
Best-in-class 19%
Net profit
Your business 8%
Best-in-class 16%

On $750,000 of revenue, that gap is $60,000 a year.

Share of revenue. Composite figures for illustration, not a client result.

Pricing questions

Do I need QuickBooks or any accounting software?

No. We build your books from your bank statements, card statements, and cash records. If you already use QuickBooks Online, we work from it. You receive finished monthly statements; there is nothing for you to buy or maintain.

How do you set my price?

By monthly transaction volume and number of accounts. Use Check my price for your number in about 30 seconds. We confirm it from one month of your statements before you commit. Payment is by bank transfer (ACH), with no fee.

Why does cash matter?

Cash leaves no bank record, so each cash payment needs a receipt or note and counts as a transaction. Businesses that run on cash weekly are priced one level up.

My books are behind or I have no system. Can I start?

Yes. Months that are behind in the current year are caught up first and quoted separately before we begin. Prior years are quoted as custom work.

What is the difference between annual and monthly?

Annual is paid upfront at the lower rate and saves up to $600 a year. It is a one-year commitment: if you cancel during the year, the prepayment is not refunded. Monthly costs more and you can cancel anytime.

What does the benchmark compare?

Each cost line against your industry’s average and its best-in-class operators. Basic includes it once, at onboarding, built from your last 12 months of statements. Advanced repeats it every month, adds your key financial ratios, shows what each gap is worth in dollars, and adds a detailed operational analysis of the transactions behind it.
